Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or broken during shipment, or if you receive a defective item, we're here to make it right. You can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your damaged or defective item. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within the same timeframe.
If the mistake is on our end, such as manufacturing errors, items with holes, or clear damage upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement. Simply email us at connect@soultherapymedia.com with photo evidence of the item's condition. We will provide a replacement product at no extra cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
For packages lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In the event that a customer's order is returned to us due to non-claiming, multiple delivery attempts, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping fee to receive their item. If this fee is not paid, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Please note that all our items are produced at the time of purchase. As we do not maintain a warehouse or inventory, refunds cannot be issued once an order has been paid for and shipped. Due to this process, we are unable to accommodate size exchanges.
