Soul Therapy Media was born out of a deeply personal season — loss, grief, and a complete reset. After experiencing six funerals in one year, I looked around and realized I wasn't alone. The women in my circle, successful by every measure, were quietly dealing with so many challenges and longing for the same thing: peace, purpose, and permission to prioritize themselves.

That's exactly why this shop exists.
